**If ordering outside of the United States, import duties and taxes could be incurred**

I am a one woman show. I personally package and ship all orders. I am usually pretty good at getting orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock and if something goes viral) but please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order. The shipping times listed are for the actual shipping time, not how long it will take to receive your order from me. For example, if you select express 1-2 day shipping, you not will receive your order in 1-2 days from ordering. It is simply how fast your order will ship from me to you once I ship it. I highly recommend getting priority shipping to ensure you will receive your order in a timely manner.

I use USPS for a shipping service. I will also use UPS for international service. You will get an email for tracking. The title of the email will be "Your Shipment is on it's way". If you need your order by a certain date, please email me at ccgeist10@aol.com with your order number or the items you want to order and the full shipping address.

Refund policy

**If ordering outside of the United States, import duties and taxes could be incurred**

Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned. There is a 30 day return on unopened and unused products if received damaged or defective. You may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.
